What we collect

When you connect your ORCID iD, we access your public research profile — your name, publications, and affiliations. For companies, we collect the work email and hiring details you provide. We do not collect more than we need to make good matches.

How we use it

We use your research profile to translate your expertise into a capability framework and to match you to roles. Your profile stays private until a role matches — we do not sell your data or expose it to companies without a relevant opportunity.

Your control

You can view, edit, or delete your profile at any time. To request deletion of your data, email us at shreya@asriel.uk.
